Cancellation and Refund Policy

• For cancellation made 30 days prior to the start of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged.

• For cancellation made 15 to 30 days prior to the start of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged.

• For cancellation made 15 days prior to the trip, no refund will be made

• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather condition or government restriction, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, if possible, an alternative activity will be provided by the operator, however no refund will be made.

• Refund will be completed within 5-7 business days.
